At launch, the public Canada Hub website uses no advertising, analytics or profiling cookies. It therefore does not display a consent banner.

What the site uses

• server technology required to deliver and secure pages and downloads;
• anti-spam and rate-limit controls protecting the form;
• one secure, HttpOnly, strictly necessary session cookie only after an authorized person signs in to the private administration area.

What the site does not use

No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, session replay, behavioural advertising, social widget or embedded video is loaded automatically.

Links and downloads

External sites are reached through ordinary links. Public PDFs require no form. The server may record limited technical security data without building an advertising profile.

Future changes

If optional tools are introduced, they will be blocked by default pending a valid choice. The site will then provide equally prominent reject, customize and accept options and a persistent way to withdraw consent.
